Rejecting spurious magnetic fields during magnetic marker localization
A neural network estimates a magnetic marker’s position and orientation from the probe’s magnetic-field-gradient readings. Comparing the gradients that estimate should produce with the gradients actually measured reveals magnetic interference, so the system can flag spurious fields.
